Effectively mitigating and managing stress will help you heal faster and enable space in your life for happiness, joy and peace no matter what is challenging you in the present. In this episode we discuss how to achieve happiness and conquer stress despite the immense challenges touching on pain, attending to yourself, the power of choice, fatigue, power of perspective, health and illness habits, wellness strategies including loads of great tips, tools and techniques for you to try.

Chronic Illness offers an opportunity to get real and look at your life and reflect on what is and has been working for you and what isn’t and doesn’t. In this episode, we talk about my experience of Rheumatoid Arthritis, my subsequent healing journey and how my life transformed as a result in beautiful and wonderful ways. I truly embrace and believe this experience happened for me and not to me. You are not your illness - it is not your identity - this is an experience you are having. We also talk about The Paddison Program and how helpful it was for me.
